Quanzhou Red Hill Engineering and Machinery Co., Ltd. is the highest quality management organ of the company, which possesses the capability to inspect and test comprehensive performance for household appliances, accessories of household appliances, seamless steel pipes, moulds and plastic packaged products. The center has a number of quality assurance personnel who are skilled, industrious, competent and well managed.

It has purchased the inspection equipment for exclusive use aimed at different industries. The key equipment are imported from the United States, Japan and Britain. With complete inspection and testing equipment and advanced inspection means, the center has set up special inspection instrument department to manage measuring instruments, checking and inspecting regularly, so as to ensure the precise quality control for instrument and equipment.

In order for effectiveness and substantiality of the quality management work, our Quality Control Center has has established a set of complete quality assurance procedures in accordance with the ISO9001 requirements. Itthas extended the full quality management system in all departments of the company, with the purpose of adapting to the constant changing market requirements, applying it in practice and making the quality management systematic. The center has established strict system of product access inspection, process inspection and factory discharge inspection, so that every product and accessory has the complete archive records and the quality traceability. The quality department shall conduct class training and on-site teaching for the staff according to the procedure to strengthen the quality awareness of the employees. In this way, the products can be delivered from the factory with 100% passing rate.
